RedReach points system

To ensure you get value from your contract even when your systems are running smoothly, RedReach includes a credit reward system, whereby points are earned if you don’t log your pre-agreed threshold of support calls with us. These points can then be exchanged for additional services, such as training days, project management assistance and on-site consultancy days. It is also possible to buy additional points when you sign your contract with us, so that you don’t need to raise individual purchase orders when you want to call on any of these additional services.

MyReach’ card

Our ‘MyReach’ card is the ultimate in service response and enables you to use your card on one occasion when you truly need an instant response, regardless of the type of incident and service level you have chosen. Your ‘MyReach’ card effectively provides you with a “beyond contract” service and escalates your query directly to our RedReach Operations Director.
