On-site critical spare stocks service
If you choose this service option, our team completes a pre-assessment to identify critical stocks needed by your business in case of an emergency. We then ensure these spares are held on your site so that you have additional peace of mind; even if the worst happens, we can get your system up and running quickly for you.

Preventative maintenance
This service is automatically included in some of our larger contracts, however you can also choose to add this option into your selected RedReach support package. By opting for our preventative maintenance service, you will benefit from an annual audit to check your systems are running at their optimum level.

Fully managed service
We offer a fully managed service for businesses and organisations that want to effectively outsource their voice and data network management. As a premium service, we are able to offer a combination of remote and on-site management to give you complete peace of mind at all times.

As part of our fully managed service, our support team uses remote management tools to proactively monitor and manage your network infrastructure. By analysing network utilisation and identifying weak points in the infrastructure through both real-time and historical data, proactive monitoring can often resolve potential problems before you even realise they are happening.

Our teams have visibility of traffic flow on both local area and wide area networks in real-time, enabling them to understand how traffic is flowing between nodes and ensure effective incident and capacity management. This also ensures that high traffic loads can be tackled proactively, systems can be optimised dependent upon traffic loads and where necessary network capacity can be changed to cope with demand.

An understanding of network configuration, including routers, switches and servers is critical to ensure that if problems do occur the network can be restored to its optimum performance levels as quickly as possible. Whether equipment needs replacing or software needs reconfiguring our teams know the correct status of your network at all times.
