The directors, management and staff of Redstone plc are fully committed to achieving and maintaining high levels of quality in all aspects of business.
The goal of the company is to continuously improve quality. Each employee is encouraged to suggest changes which could lead to improved quality performance. Each employee is also responsible for the quality of his or her own work and must ensure it meets the requirements of customers, both internal and external to the company.
The company operates a quality system which emphasises problem prevention over detection and correction. This system comprises formal procedures which conform to BS EN ISO 9001. At the management review the company considers the quality system and sets new targets and procedures to implement for the coming period, based on responses, especially from customers, and results generated by the previous review.
The company only sources products and services from suppliers who have a proven commitment to quality. We constantly review our suppliers to ensure their products continue to meet our requirements.
It is the company's policy to deliver defect free products and services on time and at a competitive cost, to every customer’s satisfaction.
