Redstone Converged Solutions provides the highest levels of service, from initial consultation to post-implementation support, by employing strong quality controls and procedures as well as service delivery kits designed to encourage consistency of service quality.
The company operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO9001:2000. Programmes are maintained on schedule, at the agreed price. All work is carried out in a cost effective manner in accordance with the highest professional standards aiming for continual improvement and customer satisfaction. This is achieved through the involvement and participation of all levels of management, staff and other interested parties.
The First to Achieve Quality Status
As a mark of our commitment to quality in all areas, in 1988 Redstone Converged Solutions was the first company in the UK to achieve EN/ISO9002 status for the installation of both voice and data communications.
British Standards Institute
Redstone Converged Solutions is a registered member of the British Standards Institution. As such, our offices, training and storage facilities, and installation sites are all subject to inspection every six months to ensure that we are complying with all applicable standards.
Quality Procedures
Redstone Converged Solutions is committed to Total Quality Management, assisted by a dedicated Quality Manager who works to continually improve standards of quality throughout the company’s business processes. This includes the provision of a Redstone Converged Solutions’ Quality Procedures Manual at all sites where staff employed by Redstone Converged Solutions are working. This document is available for inspection at any time.
Redstone Converged Solutions’ processes are subject to continual assessment of fitness for purpose, to ensure that the product delivered to the customer meets or exceeds the company’s quality standards.
