Redstone at the IBA Unified Comms Forum
David Hardcastle, Technical Director at Redstone Converged Solutions spoke at the IBA’s Enterprise Unified Communications 2009 Forum in June. Dave’s speech focused on whether UC is an ally during the economic downturn, what its impact is on business in times of recession and whether to challenge, change and adapt the business processes to maximize UC to ensure it remains a business enabler and not an inhibitor.
