Overview

As a Client Acquisition Manager, you'll assume responsibility for the conversion of new business opportunities. It is the Client Acquisition Manager’s primary function to identify, develop a pipeline and secure new business within clients not currently buying from Redstone Converged Solutions.

Through the utilisation of Redstone’s full portfolio of products and services, you are expected to formulate sales strategies to uncover and close solution focused business opportunities.

You will have a winning ‘can do’ attitude, a team player and have the experience of closing deals in a mid tier / enterprise environment.

Key responsibility areas

  • Uncovering and developing new business opportunities to maximise revenues and profit.
  • Being accountable for developing new business strategies though astute sales campaigns
  • To develop and build a strong pipeline of closable opportunities
  • Involved in commercial decisions that impact the securing of new client acquisition business
  • Liaising with Marketing to manage and create necessary targeted sales and marketing campaigns
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Delivering sales presentations to new business opportunities at executive level
  • Attending client meetings to promote the full portfolio of Redstone Converged Solutions
  • To understand and communicate the full structure within the potential new client from Exec Level down.
  • Being able to influence across all levels within the client
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement through to ensuring successful closure of the opportunity
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings, training courses and presentations as necessary
  • Effectively and successfully negotiate to secure new business
  • Liaising and driving Pre-Sales and Operations to deliver a winning sales strategy for new opportunities
  • To keep the CRM database updated with potential pipeline opportunities

  • Absolute understanding of the sales cycle and process
  • Success in managing high level commercial relationships

  • Ability to influence both internal and external customers
  • Professional approach in dealing with new acquisition clients
  • Understanding of working with Mid Tier / Enterprise level customers

  • Sales Target Achievement
  • Number of New Client Acquisitions
  • Levels of GP and revenue within new clients
  • Breadth of portfolio sold into clients
  • Achieving of KPI’s associated to client eg. project account maps, updating CRM database
