The Department

Our Business Development Department is expanding in line with our current rapid growth, and is seeking to employ ambitious, driven individuals who are looking start their career in IT sales.

We encourage our staff to develop their knowledge and skills and offer full and ongoing sales training for all of our products and services.

Our staff are highly valued, and we always look to promote from within where possible, therefore those who prove their abilities and understanding of our business will be considered for a role within our ever expanding sales team.

The Role

To promote Redstone and its services with the objective of identifying and developing a pipeline of new opportunities resulting in the creation of new business. Opportunities may come in the form of projects, partnerships or account penetration within new and existing accounts.

You will be predominantly desk based and focused on targeted projects and companies, positioning the Redstone proposition and delivering active opportunities to our Sales Team. Successful candidates will gain a working knowledge of all of our products and services, and be positioned to discuss business benefits at manager/director level within major UK and Global companies.

Requirements

Graduate level education
Excellent communication skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Customer service skills
Aptitude toward understanding new IT technologies and solutions
Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets
